1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the slewsoft website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

slewsoft provides software development services including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• AI and machine learning solutions
• Cloud-native application development
• Web and mobile application development
• Technical consulting and architecture design

3. Project Engagement

All project work is governed by separate project agreements or statements of work that detail scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These terms supplement but do not replace project-specific agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all intellectual property rights in work products developed by slewsoft shall be governed by the terms of the applicable project agreement. Our general tools, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property remain the property of slewsoft.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and maintain strict confidentiality standards. Client information is protected under applicable confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall slewsoft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in individual project agreements. Termination does not release either party from obligations incurred prior to termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slewsoft operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
